The history of Earth-11 remains largely unrevealed.  It is generally believed that at an analogous point in history as the flight of the Amazons from Greece in other timelines, the female warriors chose not to retreat to a hidden island in the Atlantic but instead chose to spread their philosophy to all the emerging cultures of the Earth, leading to the rise of world-wide adoption of matriarchal forms of government.   Whereas in most timelines, men occupied positions most likely to encounter alien life forms, be exposed to situations from which super-powers might arise or assume powers as rules of various kingdoms and states, on Earth-11 these roles are occupied by women. Greek in origin, this new culture called their home planet Gaea and the universe The Pankosmos.

Early contact with Earth-11 led to confusing details.  A version of Earth-11 was encountered by the Batman of Earth-0.   Here Batwoman was identified as Helena, though he later roles she is known as Bryce Wayne or Kathy Kane (Superman/Batman #23-24)..   Here the involvement of Mr. Mxyzptlk and Bat-Mite may have created errors in the record as the former had tried similar antics on Earth-One (Superman Vol. 1 #349).  The Green Lantern of this Earth was originally identified as Kylie Rayner, a parallel to Kyle Rayner in other timelines (Countdown: The Search for Ray Palmer: Superwoman/Batwoman).  This version has not been seen since and may reflect ripples in continuity around the Countdown event may have obscured accuracy of events.

Costumed adventurers are believed to have emerged on Earth-Two during the second World War, forming an collective analogous to the Justice Society or All-Star Squadron.  Known members or associates include the original Jess Quick, Liberty Bill, Dr. Mid-Nite, Maxine Mercury and Professor Quick (Jayne Garrick),  Many of these are believed to have died by the beginning of the 21st century. 

At some point in the past 10-20 years, the costumed adventurers of Earth-11 formed a super-team known as the Justice Guild.  Prominent members include Superwoman, Batwoman, Aquawoman and the Flash (alternately known as Jesse Quick).  The origin of this team has not been entirely documented but has faced gender-switched threats of Alexia Luthor (Countdown: The Search for Ray Palmer: Superwoman/Batwoman)., Doctor Sivana (Multiversity: Thunderworld) and Staralla, the Star-Conqueress (DC's Very Merry Multiverse #1). 

An important event in the Guild's history occurred when Maxine Lord murders Booster Gold, only to be killed in turn by Wonder Man, a founding member of the Guild and Prince of Elysium Island.   His actions result in his explusion from the Guild and subsequent prosecution provoked the male Amazons of Elysium to declare war on the world of women.  The battle was fierce but the Elysians were defeated by Queen Ariel (Aquawoman) and  the arrival of Atlantean troops (Countdown: The Search for Ray Palmer: Superwoman/Batwoman).  Prince Dane was imprisoned by the Justice Guild, tho recently escaped and had to be subdued in a pitched battle with the Justice Guild (Wonder Woman #777).  Aquawoman becomes leader of the Guild and eventually joined Justice Incarnate, a multiversal super-team as the representative of Earth-11 (Multiversity #1, Infinite Frontier #1-6, Justice Incarnate #1-6).
